Just checked out some reviews of the new iPhone features debuted this week, and especially interested in how they will beef up business-user capabilities.
My favorite is the Map API, which will make CRM and Google map integration easier than ever – so field support agents or sales reps can easily identify where key accounts or support calls are – and create on-the-fly routing optimization to their activities.
Also, the enhanced VPN capabilities will make privacy and other security concerns – as well as application access through firewalls issues – hopefully a thing of the past.
