Just thought I’d point out a great little piece from CustomerThink, written by analyst Bill Band from Forrester.
The piece talks about reducing risk in your CRM deployment. Much has been written on this, but I like the practicality of this “guide” of sorts. Very direct and simple.
Of course, we feel that risk reduction is at the heart of SugarCRM’s value proposition. Flexibility and freedom when it comes to deployment model (SaaS or On-Site) and unfettered access to code were pretty much foreign concepts in the CRM world when SugarCRM was founded.
And it is no surprise that software flexibility is the second statement in this list…
