Just wanted to point out this InsideCRM article on CRM vendors that actually use their products.
It seems simple – but it is not always the case that CRM or other application vendors use the tools they sell.
But I think the more interesting point, as evidenced in the article, is how SugarCRM can be much more than a CRM system for companies of all sizes. Human-interaction platforms and process automation tools (CRM is just one area that these touch) help to improve your entire business, not just the sales, marketing and customer care departments.
I meant it in the article when I said that EVERYONE on the Sugar team uses the product daily. So, if you think that Sugar could probably automate some non-sales or marketing processes in your business, you’re probably right.
